Android and iOS are long time rivals but a recent report attempts to classify one higher than the other. As it turns out, Android is far more stable than iOS and this is an interesting development given how Apple has handles its latest versions of iOS which consumers have been complaining about lately.
At the WWDC Apple declared that its main priority from now on is going to be software. It makes sense, Apple has always been about good software and never about insane specs. Well, the software has been a very weak department for Apple coincidentally. Ever since the latest version of iOS, it’s been a total disaster and this has lead to a certain report from Blancco Technology Group. The report claims that Android is now the more stable platform for the first time ever in a very surprising development, and there are many factors in deciding what is “stable” as you’re about to see.
Android Is More Stable Than iOS
According to Blancco Tech, iOS devices account for 58 percent of the failure rate which is more than twice what it had during the first quarter of the year. iOS fails harshly these days with crashing apps, Wi-Fi connectivity failure due to bad updates, performance issues as well as many other departments. Only 35% of Android devices fail according to Blancco so it’s much better than Apple. The American tech firm dominated the stability statistics previously but it’s gotten so worse that nobody is surprised Android is toppling it. Apple is expected to heavily improve on the software after WWDC but it remains to be seen how they’re going to do that.
